2025 Project premises available
The project premises for Team Projects on zpi-day.org are now available for all teams to review and use. Authors are encouraged to check them out and update their premises where needed, especially if the current versions are not perfect or overly lengthy. Teams misusing LLMs and other automatic systems should especially consider revising their premises to be concise and straightforward—for example, limit to around five key technologies, avoid using points within paragraphs, and eliminate unnecessary repetition or irrelevant details.
The premises form is designed to be simple and clear, focusing on essential information without multiple paragraphs or redundant content. This not only improves the quality and clarity of project descriptions but also supports fair evaluation and better project outcomes. It is a great opportunity to refine your project premise early and align it with the guidelines provided on the platform.
Teams should aim for a sharp, focused presentation of their project assumptions and goals, ensuring that the premise highlights the core aspects in a brief format. Authors can resubmit updated premises via the submission form available here: https://forms.zpi-day.org/form/ee4eec12-0d82-403a-ac8e-c34410f45f04. The deadline for resubmissions is the end of this week, November 30th.
